Salon Rootz, Medina’s premiere award-winning salon is growing! We are seeking assistants, stylists and customer care representatives. Salon Rootz is independently-owned by Jennifer Pavlovicz Tryon & Sheila Rundle Barco also the creators of Endz Salon Studios.

We are seeking talented individuals who are self-motivated and have a passion for beautiful hair and creating a priceless guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, outgoing, flexible, a strong team player and committed to life-long learning.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide outstanding services to all guests.

• Perform thorough consultations

• Educate guests regarding salon services, retail products and promotions.

• Assist in the daily maintenance of salon’s appearance, cleanliness, organization and inventory.

• Complete department duties as needed.

• Excellent customer services skills.

• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
