Dear Valued Salon Rootz Guests,

Our entire team at Salon Rootz is taking the COVID-19 virus very seriously. As a business that is all about social and service interaction we have implemented measures and precautions to create an environment for our guests that are as safe as possible. Outstanding service is our number one priority.

Because of this, we ask that if you have been on an airplane or traveled anywhere outside the area of Medina county and or surrounding counties that you remain outside our corridors for a minimum of 5-7 days upon returning. We are trying to remain diligent to a keeping a clean/sterile healthy environment for our guest.  We would like to be able to still give our guest a place of sanctuary to go under these current events as well keep our salon open with a clean environment for all of us!

Please follow protocol which had been recommended by our government and local government authorities as well, thank you for understanding our guidelines for a safe place.  This is applying to our staff as well!

Some examples of our increased sanitation:

* The hourly sanitizing of our restrooms, work spaces, public and private areas.

* All employees are trained in vigilant personal washing, and cleaning.

* We will closely monitor the health of our staff and enforcing any and all to stay home and not come to work even with the slightest of symptoms.

*Surfaces are wiped with alcohol before and after services.

*Beverage service will be served by us in disposable cups only. 

At the same time, we request that all of our salon guests follow the same vigilance and take seriously the responsibility to not come to Salon Rootz if you’re even suspicious of being ill. We will happily reschedule your appointment(s).

Stay safe and know that we are going beyond your expectations to continue to present the best in service, technique and safety in our salon setting. We look forward to seeing you soon! Your health and well being is so important to us!
